SEFE ENERGY France named as top B2B gas supplier in France

SEFE Energy France has been named as the number one b2b gas supplier in the latest CLEEE barometer among business gas suppliers in France.

CLEEE is an association of large industrial and tertiary gas and power consumers, and the only existing ranking of its kind in the country. Every year, CLEEE publishes a ranking of energy suppliers based on a large survey conducted among its members and other major French companies, evaluating several elements of criteria related to their experience with their energy suppliers.

For 2023, the survey received 440 responses from customers representing 865,000 sites and a total consumption of 67 TWh.

Overall, the average rating for those surveyed was 6.6. However, SEFE Energy France bucked this trend, moving from a rating of 7.5 to an excellent 8.6. To add to this, SEFE Energy France placed either first or among the top three in each individual category.

SEFE Energy France was awarded:

• 9/10 for commercial relations
• 4/10 for contract life and flexibility, particularly regarding compliance with contractual clauses during the height of the energy crisis
• 6/10 for support and price fixing
• 7/10 for invoicing and reporting
